- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix corn, beaten egg, 1 cup cracker crumbs, milk and salt and pepper to taste.

2Mix 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over mixture.

3Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes.
