- 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except margarine.

2Pour into a 9 x 11-inch pan.

3Melt margarine and pour over batter.

4Bake until like cake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

5Cut into squares and serve hot/warm.
