- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 3 c. fresh, frozen or canned corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt and sugar.

2Cook until bubbly.

3Add milk and cook until thick.

4Stir in corn.

5Stir in eggs that have been beaten until frothy.

6Pour into well-buttered casserole and set in a pan of hot water.

7Bake at 350° about an hour.
