  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

    Mix all ingredients together in shallow 2-quart casserole.

    Do not grease pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

    Use as a side dish for chili, ham or pork dishes.
