  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk, heated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (melt in milk)
