  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat butter and milk together until butter melts.

    Stir in corn, eggs, flour, sugar and salt; blend well.

    Pour mixture into ungreased loaf pan and bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set.
