- 2 c. fresh corn (cut from cob)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, salt and corn in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and remaining ingredients; stirring well.

2Add to corn mixture.

3Pour corn mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.

5Makes 6 servings.
