  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small can diced Ortega chilies
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • salt and pepper to taste
