  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Cook in saucepan until it bubbles.

    Add 1 3/4 cup milk and cook until thick.

    Stir in 3 cups frozen corn.

    Beat 3 eggs until frothy and stir into corn mixture.

    Pour into a dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° until knife come out clean.
