  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix in bowl the corn and green pepper together.

    In another bowl, beat eggs until thick.

    Mix with corn and pepper.

    In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Stir in milk; mix well.

    Add to corn mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour into prepared ovenproof bowl and dot with butter.

    Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
