  • 2 c. frozen Shoepeg corn
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    To corn, add salt, pepper, sugar, melted margarine, and flour. Add beaten eggs and milk, stirring well.

    Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish and bake at 350° approximately 35 minutes.
