  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn, or fresh Silver Queen from the garden, if available
  • 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. milk, slightly heated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

    Combine corn and flour.

    Add remaining ingredients ending with beaten eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a 2 quart casserole and bake in 350 degree oven about 45 to 60 minutes.
