- 2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. half and half
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
Directions

1To corn, add sugar and salt; stir well.

2Mix the beaten eggs and milk together.

3Pour mixture into the corn.

4Add the melted butter.

5Mix thoroughly and spoon the mixture into a well buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Sprinkle with nutmeg.

7Set the casserole into a pan of hot water and set this into a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set.

8Test inserting a clean knife into the center of the pudding.

9If it comes out clean, it's done.
