  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut corn from cob until you have 2 cups of corn.

    Mix with cream and salt. Beat for about 3 minutes.

    Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° until firm (45 minutes).
