- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can kernel corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Melt margarine in baking dish.

2Mix corn, eggs and most of milk and pour in baking dish.

3Dissolve cornstarch in remainder of milk.

4Add sugar, salt and pepper.

5Add to contents in baking dish.

6Mix all together and put in casserole.

7I had to bake mine at 350° for 1 hour.

8A little longer would be better.
