  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, sugar and salt.

    Combine corn with remaining ingredients.

    Combine with egg mixture; mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
