  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen white corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of nutmeg

    Blend half a bag of corn in blender until pureed. Add remaining ingredients, except corn. Stir in remaining corn. Pour in greased casserole dish and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
