  • 2 cans sweet kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg (optional)

Directions

    Combine cans of corn, eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. In a cup, mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Add to corn.

    Prepare cornbread mix according to the box.

    Add to corn mixture and stir well.

    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in 325° oven until browned and firm.
