- 2 cans sweet kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. nutmeg (optional)
Directions

1Combine cans of corn, eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. In a cup, mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2Add to corn.

3Prepare cornbread mix according to the box.

4Add to corn mixture and stir well.

5Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in 325° oven until browned and firm.
