- 2 c. canned cream-style corn
- 3 large eggs or 4 small, well beaten
- 2 c. warm milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Grease a 6-cup casserole dish.

2In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3Pour into the prepared dish.

4Combine the bread crumbs and melted butter, tossing well.

5Sprinkle over corn mixture.

6Bake in a 300° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
