  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk (add enough water to make 2 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3/4 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs, mix sugar and cornstarch together.

    Beat well, then add milk, corn and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Add margarine last and beat well. Preheat oven to 350° and bake approximately 30 minutes or until pudding does not shake.
