  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drain
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    Melt butter, beat eggs and add.

    Blend in sour cream, creamed corn and whole kernel corn.

    Add muffin mix last.

    Grease large casserole and put all in casserole.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes, should be lightly browned on top.

    Serves 10.
