  • 2 c. corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add sugar, milk, salt, pepper and butter. Add corn.

    Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 275° for 40 minutes or until set.

    (Temperature may need to be increased as it cooks.)
