  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 slices day old bread, crusts removed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk together and corn and sugar; mix well. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes and put in greased 9-inch pan.

    Pour egg mixture over bread.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
