  • 4 1/2 c. fresh corn or canned
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Add sugar, flour, salt and pepper to the corn.

    Then add the beaten eggs and the melted butter.

    Last stir in the milk.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a well-greased (use butter) casserole dish.

    Bake in a 400° oven for approximately one hour or until light brown on top.
