  • 1 c. whole corn
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4 slices bacon
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except the bacon.

    Pour into well-greased dish.
