  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. canned corn
  • 1 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix butter, sugar, flour and salt.

    Add eggs and beat well. Stir in corn and milk.

    Pour ingredients in buttered casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°.

    Stir after cooked for 25 minutes. Return to oven and let cook for another 20 minutes.
