- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 egg
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine corn, well beaten egg, sugar, salt and pepper.

2To this, add half of butter (melted) and sprinkle flour into mixture.

3Mix well.

4Pour into baking dish and dot with rest of butter.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
