  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Place dish in a shallow pan of water and bake approximately 1 hour at 350°.
