  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 whole White Onion, Diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1 bag (9 Ounces) Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Directions

    Heat a skillet over medium high heat. When hot add in the olive oil and the onions, cook for 2 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the spinach and saute for 2 minutes.

    Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with Parmesan cheese.
