  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Place in casserole baking dish.

    Cut butter into pats and place over top of mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
