  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 tsp. sugar
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 c. whole kernel corn
  • 4 eggs, beaten until light
  • 4 c. rich milk or canned milk

Directions

    Stir flour, salt, sugar and melted butter into corn. Add eggs to milk and stir in.

    Pour into shallow buttered baking pan. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes. Stir pudding from the bottom 3 times while it is baking.
