  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. corn (any style), drained
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; beat well to blend.

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in casserole dish.

    Pour into pudding mixture, reserving just a small amount in dish.

    Turn corn pudding into dish.

    Bake in hot (375°) oven for 30 minutes.
