  • 1 c. whole kernel corn (fresh or canned)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. onion, cut fine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, corn, salt, pepper, onion and grated cheese.

    Then add melted margarine.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until well browned.
