  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 qt. milk

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, corn, salt and butter.

    Mix well.

    Add well beaten eggs and milk.

    Pour into oblong baking dish.

    Bake slowly 20 to 30 minutes in 350° oven or until done.

    Stir well every 5 to 8 minutes.

    This should be custard consistency.
