- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. drained corn
Directions

1Place corn, eggs, flour and sugar into blender.

2Turn off and on 2 times at low speed.

3Add milk and stir until blended.

4Butter baking dish and cut up rest of butter into dish.

5Pour mixture in center of dish and bake at 325°.

6Stir twice during first 15 minutes and continue baking another 30 minutes.

7Serves 8.
