  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. canned cream-style sweet corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add corn and flour and mix well.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 1-quart casserole.

    Set in a pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350°) about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until firm.
