- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add corn and flour and mix well.

3Mix in remaining ingredients.

4Pour into 1-quart casserole.

5Set in a pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350°) about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until firm.
