  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten

    Mix all except egg whites, which are folded in last.

    Put into baking dish.

    Top with buttered crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 12.
