  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. pimento strips
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained

    Melt butter; blend in sugar and flour.
