- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. pimento strips
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
Directions

1Melt butter; blend in sugar and flour.

2Stir in milk; mix smooth.

3Add eggs and baking powder.
