- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Beat together eggs, cream and 1/2 can of corn.

2In a separate bowl, mix remaining corn, creamed corn, sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper.

3Mix together with first mixture and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean.

6Serve immediately.
