- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions

1Do not drain liquid from corn.

2Combine all ingredients and pour into a large, greased baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 55 minutes.
