  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 60 ml good olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp low sodium salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
