- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.

2Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour, or until set.

3Serves 12 to 14.
