- 1 lb. cube steak
- 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- cornstarch
- salt and pepper
- 1 small tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2Heat oil in heavy skillet.

3Salt and pepper pieces of steak and coat in cornstarch. Brown in hot oil.

4Leave in skillet, add 1/2 cup water, onion and tomato sauce.

5Cook on medium heat 20 to 30 minutes.

6Add extra water, if needed.
