- 4 c. drained corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix corn, flour, sugar, seasoning and green pepper.

2Beat eggs until light.

3Add to corn mixture.

4Add milk.

5Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole as you preheat oven to 350°.

6Tilt casserole to coat sides with butter.

7Stir in corn mixture.

8Place in shallow pan of warm water.

9Bake for 1 hour or until firm.

10This dish can be prepared hours in advance and reheated, covered, for 30 minutes in a shallow pan of water in a slow oven.

11Toasted almonds (slivered), mixed with chopped pimentos, make a delicious relish to serve with this dish.
