  • 2 or 3 cans whole corn, drained
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Drain corn well; pour into casserole dish.

    Beat eggs, then add can milk, salt and sugar.

    Pour over corn; dot with a tablespoon of butter.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour (until blade of knife comes out clean.)
