  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (I use Martha White)
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo or butter

Directions

    Melt oleo in casserole or baking dish.

    Mix together corn, eggs, sour cream and corn muffin mix.

    Pour mixture in buttered dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
