- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (I use Martha White)
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo or butter
Directions

1Melt oleo in casserole or baking dish.

2Mix together corn, eggs, sour cream and corn muffin mix.

3Pour mixture in buttered dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
