  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Beat eggs until thick; add corn and set aside.

    Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; slowly stir in milk.

    Combine with corn mixture; blend well.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in a moderately slow (325°) oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
