  • 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix corn, flour, sugar and salt.

    Beat egg well; add to milk. Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into Pyrex.

    Bake in a pan of water at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done.
