  • 2 cans whole grain corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk (Carnation)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter in large casserole dish.

    Mix both kinds of corn; stir in flour, eggs, salt, pepper and milk into casserole.

    Bake in 350° oven until lightly browned on top.
