  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. light cream

    Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Mix eggs and corn.

    Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir into corn.

    Stir butter and cream into corn; mix thoroughly.

    Pour into prepared dish and place in a large pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
